By requesting a reservation through Gracimor Properties, you agree to provide accurate guest information, respect house rules for each apartment, and pay any confirmed balance according to the booking confirmation.
Reservations remain pending until confirmed by Gracimor Properties. We may decline or cancel a request if dates become unavailable, capacity is exceeded, or guest details cannot be verified.
Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the apartment and for any damage beyond normal wear. Maximum 6 adults (ages 12+) per apartment. Children under 12 are welcome with no occupancy limit.
