How do I book an apartment?
Choose your dates, select an available apartment, and submit a booking request on this website. We confirm by email once the stay is approved and held on the calendar.
What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
The minimum stay is 1 night. Same-day check-in is available when the apartment is free. The maximum stay is 90 nights unless otherwise agreed with us.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Later cancellations may forfeit one night.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of $300–$500 (depending on the unit) may be authorized on your card before check-in and is only charged if damage occurs.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
How does check-in work?
Apartments use smart locks or lockboxes. You receive a personalized access code and arrival instructions 24–48 hours before check-in.
Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Complimentary luggage storage in a secure area is available on request, subject to availability.
What do I need at check-in?
Please bring a government-issued ID matching the reservation name. A quick photo verification may be requested for security.
Is parking included?
Yes. One complimentary parking space per apartment is provided. Additional vehicles can often be accommodated for a nightly fee — ask when you book.
Do the apartments have Wi‑Fi?
Yes. Every unit has high-speed Starlink Wi‑Fi suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work.
Are the apartments furnished for cooking?
Yes. All apartments include a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, cookware, utensils, and dining space.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartments or common areas. A fine may apply for violations.
Can I host visitors or parties?
Registered guests only. Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
Select pet-friendly arrangements may be available for an additional fee. Please tell us about pets when you request a booking.
How are nightly rates calculated?
Daily rates: 1 adult K2,000, 2 adults K2,500, 3 adults K3,000, 4 adults K3,500, 5 adults K4,000, 6 adults K4,500. Weekly stays (7+ nights) receive 10% off the daily rate. Monthly stays (30+ nights): K40,000 (1 adult) up to K65,000 (6 adults). Maximum 6 adults (ages 12+) per apartment. Children under 12 are welcome with no occupancy limit.
